The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services have released their 2022 ratings for Auburn Village. Receiving a 4-Star Rating for Quality Measures, Auburn Village has surpassed the industry average in every aspect that goes into rating Quality Measure. Auburn Village regularly reports clinical information about each of their residents, CMS then certifies said information and concludes on a score based on different factors. 2 very important topics are looked at when deciding a score; short-term care and long-term care. Some of those factors are, have residents gotten their flu shots, are in pain, had one or more falls that resulted in a major injury, if are losing weight, short-stay / long-term residents (1,000 stay resident days) who were re-hospitalized after a nursing home admission. Overall, it is a quality measurement meant to show if our residents are improving or not, and what we are doing to provide maximum comfort all while producing results. “Our team strives to get better each and every day. The 4 star rating is a true reflection of the hard work day in and day out from every staff member in our facility. Our next goal is 5 stars and we are determined to hit it.” Says Derek, Auburn Village’s Administrator. Our CNA Director, Kaci, says “I love everyone at Auburn Village, it’s just like one big family.”
