Dear Residents, Families, Friends, and community members,
Thank you for all of your support during this pandemic. We are thankful for our community during this time and look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as possible. Today, it is my duty to inform you that as a result of our proactive and robust testing program, we have had a positive resident or staff member test result. This may have an impact on upcoming visits with your loved ones, so please contact the Facility for more information about our current vistiation policy.
The Facility will continue to engage in COVID mitigation and control procedures, including increased testing and other recommendations by the CDC, CMS, ISDH or our local health department. The Facility is currently in Phase One of the CMS re-opening plan. This means that any allowed visitation will be outdoors only.

Dear Families, Residents, Staff and Community Members,
We continue with our routine testing plan to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These scheduled tests allow us to make real time decisions that directly impact our ability to fight this virus. It is my duty to report to you today that we have had an additional staff positive in the Facility. Our testing is increased and the impacted staff has been removed from resident contact. We continue to have visiting restrictions in place. Please call for more information regarding visitation with your loved one.

At this time, we have received additional staff positive test results from our routine testing. We have isolated all impacted parties are taking increased precautions to stop the spread of the virus. We currently do have visitation restrictions in place and we are limiting movement through out the Facility. If you have any additional questions regarding our protocols, please call me at the Facility.

To our Auburn Village Family:
I am writing today to let you know that we have additional positive cases of COVID in our Facility. At this time, we are testing all staff and residents as part of our response to these test results. Due to these results, we will have to institute a period of quarantine. At this time, we ask that you call the Facility for additional information regarding visitation prior to stopping at the Facility so that you have the most up-to-date information regarding our visitation status.
Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure that you and your loved one are well taken care of at this time.
