Justin Beard

ADMINISTRATOR
Justin Beard serves as the administrator at Auburn Village, bringing over 25 years of experience in skilled nursing care. He began his career as an occupational therapist, building a strong clinical foundation that continues to shape his leadership today.
Driven by a deep personal connection to his grandparents, Justin was naturally drawn to senior care. That experience continues to influence his approach—seeing each resident as an individual with a unique life story, not just a diagnosis.
In his role, Justin focuses on supporting both residents and staff, believing that a strong, valued team leads to better, more consistent care. Under his leadership, Auburn Village has maintained an agency-free nursing team for over a year, strengthening continuity and quality across the community.
Justin is passionate about delivering a full continuum of care, from rehabilitation to long-term support, and takes pride in Auburn Village’s ability to provide specialized services.
Sandy Kinsey

DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Sandy has been in the healthcare field the majority of her life, starting out as a CNA in high school and working her way up along with briefly working in the intensive care unit / emergency room. But her passion for long term care eventually landed her right back to where Sandy is still at till this day.
What attracts Sandy so much to long term care is the impact she can make in people’s lives. “I love the relationships that we build with the residents, staff and families. I became a director of nursing to be able to impact the delivery of care and to help ensure quality of life for those that we are honored to serve. I love long term care nursing because it encompasses all aspects of the residents life needs. We are there to listen when they need to talk, hug when they are feeling down, and reorient if they become confused. It is so enriching to be able to listen to their life stories.”
Sandy takes pride working at Auburn Village, working hard with the staff to make the facility the best it could possibly be and taking it to its full potential. “Our facility is absolutely beautiful. The renovations are top of the line. It is welcoming and friendly. The team at Auburn Village is all focused on working together to make this the best facility possible. The team at AV is willing to help each other out to help promote positive outcomes. Each of the team members truly embody the belief and principles of servant leadership and the desire to serve others.”
